Hi Gertrude-
First, you’ll have to be working with an "interactive" chart program. If you’re looking at charts on a broker’s site you should be able to adjust it. Look for a tab or drop-down to adjust the technical indicators.
Yahoo Finance has free interactive charts. Click on the tab "technical indicators" just above the chart and select RSI. You can then adjust the time period.

What platform or broker or website are you using? Is the program on your machine or on the web? Using Yahoo? You realize, there are hundreds if not thousands of different programs and websites displaying charts. Futures, forex, stocks, etc?
