What’s a decent forex broker which is not a seedy bucket shop but still not to high priced?

I want something that I can start off with with around 0 or so just so I can learn the ropes and make my little trades. I’ve read warnings about certain forex brokers which are unregulated bucket shops and aren’t insured properly either. But are there any decent forex brokers which don’t charge terribly high fees but still are decent?

What are the weekly days and times according to US Eastern time when the Forex trades open and close. I understand that Forex trades are for 5 days a week but what are the days and times when the forex trading starts and ends for 1 week ?

How many pips does the average retail forex trader make?

I’m trying to trade forex on my own, with 3 strategies based primarily on technical analysis, supplemented by fundamental analysis. I’ve developed these strategies through homework, lots of reading and just a bunch of research. I bought a system in the past and got burned. Now I’m doing it myself. Does anyone know the honest average range of pips professional retail traders make every month? My impression was that they make an average 250-500 pips a month. Not to say they do that every month, it’s just the result when averaged out. Right now, after 2 months of trading, I’ve made a little over 200 pips and I’m hoping to maintain that and improve to the 250-500 pip average a month range. Is that realistic? Ideal? What should be my target monthly average to be a truly successful forex trader.

thanks 4xtrader… my question was not full……actually ploting fibonacci arc is not a problem…….the problem is when u zoom in or zoom out while fibonacci arc is ploting on chart then the price bars changes its ratio with fibonacci arc.

How do forex options affect forex market?

Anybody can tell me how forex options affect forex market? Do they actually affect the market only when they are exercised? Does an exercise of a forex option occur at the same time as a sell-off of the option? (My understanding is that when an option expires, you have to exercise it then sell it to make profit)
OK, for more clarification, my understanding is that, when an option is exercised, you open a position at the stated price. But I don’t know if the opened position has to be closed immediately. Correct me if I am wrong.
